Our dog park at Daiwa Fruit Park is a spacious natural grass area where dogs of all sizes—from small to large—can run and play off-leash freely.
There is no time limit, so you can relax and enjoy a leisurely time with your dog.
You are welcome to bring drinks and soft serve from the cafe into the dog park area.
We hope you enjoy a relaxing time surrounded by nature.

The dog park at Daiwa Fruit Park features a spacious natural grass area where dogs are allowed off-leash. Dogs of all sizes—from small to large—can play freely, and there are no time limits. You’re also welcome to bring in drinks and soft-serve ice cream from the café.

A heated rest area has opened inside the dog park!

To help you enjoy time with your dog even in winter, we have opened a rest area inside the large dog park. It is easy to spot with its blueberry-colored exterior.
The rest area is equipped with a stove, allowing you to stay warm even during cold winters or windy days in Rikuzentakata. You can also watch your dog safely through the windows.
The rest area is available free of charge for dog park users.

1 dog: ¥500 (all areas)

Please come to the cafe inside the facility. We will give you an admission ticket.

Collect 5 stamps to get 1 dog free on your next visit.

  • Please keep your admission ticket visible around your neck while using the dog park.
  • Please return your admission ticket to the cafe when you leave.
  • The free area is primarily for large dogs. Small dogs are also welcome, but please move to the small dog area if needed when large dogs are present. Please check your dog’s compatibility with other dogs and use the area at your own discretion.

Please be sure to read the terms of use before using the dog park.
A signed consent form and your dog’s information are required on your first visit and once a year thereafter.

  • Please enter and exit the dog park with your dog at all times.
  • Please be aware of other dogs’ behavior to prevent collisions or accidents.
  • In the event of a fight between dogs, owners are responsible for resolving the situation. The same applies to any other issues.
  • Please clean up after your dog and take all waste home with you.
  • All incidents or accidents within the facility are the responsibility of the dog owner. Please take full care to ensure safety.

Dog Training Classes

At Daiwa Fruit Park, we occasionally host dog training classes a few times a year with professional dog trainers. (Held irregularly)

We help with everyday concerns such as excessive barking or pulling on the leash during walks—while keeping the experience fun and relaxed.
You’ll find many helpful tips to make life with your dog more comfortable and enjoyable.
